Market Update - 14 September 2023

There were 1076 auctions scheduled in Sydney last week and the clearance rate was 53%, about 2% lower than the past three-month average. Locally, across the 2037, 2038, 2040, 2050, 2048, 2049 postcodes there were 23 auctions scheduled (35% fewer than the previous week) and the overall clearance rate was 78%, with 61% selling prior, and Camperdown (1), Leichhardt (4), Lilyfield (4) and Petersham (4) all had 100% clearance rates.
